Sadika Parvin Popy is a Bangladeshi film actress and model who has performed in numerous Bangladeshi films. She is commonly known by her stage name Popy. She was born on 10 September 1979, in Khulna, Bangladesh. She was very much interested about showbiz arena from her early childhood. She slowly started her career, but she gained popularity within very short time. She has won three national film awards for Best Actress. Yet, she did not marry anyone even at the age of enough for marriage.

Sadika parvin Popy started her career with a showbiz program named 'Lux Ananda Bichitra' in 1995. She made her film career debut in the 1997 film Coolie with Omar Sani, directed by Montazur Rahman Akbar. In that period Popy acted the film Ke amar baba with the hero Manna; the movie was super hit at box office. She has acted in numerous commercials and over 200 Bengali-language films. Some of her notable acting films are Karagar, Magher Kole Rood, Ganga Jatra and Doultiya Opare etc. She also acted in some of the special dramas such as Mem Saheb, Na Valobasini, Onuvobe Valobasa etc. in the television and even engaged in producing dramas.
